Italy offers some of Europe’s biggest jackpot draws and daily number games. Every official lottery operates under rules set by the national regulator, ADM. State-licensed concessionaires such as Lottomatica and Sisal run ticket sales and draws across the country.
Whether you want a multi-million rolling jackpot or a fast daily draw, this guide covers every major Italian lottery. Check the latest winning numbers on our lottery results page.

1. SuperEnalotto: the flagship rolling jackpot
SuperEnalotto is Italy’s best-known lottery, famous for uncapped jackpots that regularly climb past €100 million. Draws take place four evenings a week: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Players choose 6 numbers from 1 to 90. The odds of matching all six are 1 in 622,614,630, so the jackpot rolls over often. The optional SuperStar number adds extra prize tiers and multiplies non-jackpot prizes.
2. Italian Lotto (Lotto Nazionale)
Italian Lotto is one of the oldest number draws in the world. Instead of one national jackpot, five numbers from 1 to 90 are drawn on each of ten city wheels plus the national wheel (Ruota Nazionale).
You choose how many numbers to play and what to bet on: one number (Estratto), two (Ambo), three (Terno), four (Quaterna) or five (Cinquina). Payouts are fixed odds, so your prize depends on your stake and bet type. Draws take place on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
3. 10eLotto: fast draws every 5 minutes
10eLotto is built for quick results. Twenty winning numbers are drawn from 90, and you win by matching the numbers you picked.
The most popular format draws every five minutes throughout the day. You can also link your ticket to the evening Lotto draw.
4. MillionDAY: a daily €1 million top prize
MillionDAY is a simple daily game with two draws every day, at 13:00 and 20:30. A line costs €1.
Players pick 5 numbers from 1 to 55. Matching all five wins a fixed top prize of €1,000,000. Clear rules and fixed prizes make it a popular alternative to the big jackpot games.
Play MillionDAY online from outside Italy, for the 13:00 or 20:30 draw.
Play MillionDAY5. SiVinceTutto: every euro paid out on Wednesday
SiVinceTutto is a weekly draw held every Wednesday evening. Unlike rolling jackpot games, the entire prize pool is paid out on the night of the draw.
You mark 12 numbers on your slip and six winning numbers are drawn. If nobody matches all six, the money flows down to players who match fewer numbers, down to two.
6. Eurojackpot in Italy
Italy also takes part in Eurojackpot, Europe’s multi-country lottery. Italian players compete with 18 other countries for jackpots capped at €120 million.
Draws take place on Tuesday and Friday evenings in Helsinki. Players pick 5 numbers from 50 plus 2 Euro numbers from 12.
7. Gratta e Vinci: instant scratch cards
Not every Italian lottery game needs a draw. Gratta e Vinci is Italy’s official range of state scratch cards, sold at authorised tobacconists (tabacchi) and other licensed outlets.
Cards start at €1, and the more expensive cards offer bigger top prizes. Each card shows its own prize table.
Italian lottery tax on winnings
Tax is withheld automatically when a prize is paid out, so you never file it yourself. The rate depends on the game.
